Vandana Ratti

“Little do we know while pursuing our academics for a career that there lies a total transformation ahead in our thoughts, priorities and actions. God is the best architect of our life. I realised this when I started teaching yoga”, shares Vandana.

Vandana is a law graduate, an avid reader of Punjabi literature and a professional interpreter at Canadian embassy in New Delhi. But her most passionate occupation  is teaching Yoga. Around 15 years back while practicing Yoga as a hobby near home at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dwarka Centre, she had hardly imagined this hobby of hers transitioning into a passion and she would end up going for the Teacher’s Training Course at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanawantri Ashram, Kerala - the Indian headquarters of the organisation. After successfully completing her TTC, she was invited to teach where she had started as a Yoga student a few years back. Soon she became one of the most popular teachers due to her utmost dedication, innovative practice ideas and the help she extended especially to those with fat loss goals.

Post the second wave of Covid, she joined Yoga Vedanta’s online teaching where she used her experience to structure the online fat-loss sessions and spearheaded the team in this special yogic format.

Besides holding Fat loss sessions at Yoga Vedanta, she specialises in teaching Teen Girls Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Meditative Hatha Yoga classes.
