Open Class - 90 min

Open Class - 60 min

₹3000 | $35 | £30 : Mon-Fri (5 sessions per week)


Details of Guided Open Class Yoga Sessions:

It is advised to attend the open practice once you have completed a Beginners Course from Yoga Vedanta, or if you have been practicing and are aware of basic Yoga postures.

No matter wherever you are in the world, we provide yoga practice at your convenient time.
Open practice sessions are available in different time slots starting from 06:20 to 20:00 hrs IST. Also, as per your convenience, you can choose from 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 minute practice sessions, which are conducted live online by experienced Yoga Vedanta teachers with support of demonstrators over the Zoom App. The 90-min open session is available Mon-Sat with Saturday as high intensity advance practice session. The 60 & 75-min open sessions are available Mon-Fri. The 30 & 45-min open sessions are available as 3-day per week sessions available on Tue, Thu, Sat (morning) and Mon, Wed, Fri (evening).

A practice session comprises of:

  • Kapalabhati & Pranayama

  • Surya Namaskara

  • Classical Yogasanas with daily thematic variations

  • Post-session interaction with the teacher for additional guidance
