c) By visiting or using our website (www.yogavedanta.com) and domain name, and any other linked pages, features, content or any services (as defined in our Terms & Conditions ) we offer from time to time in any manner, you consent to and acknowledge that you accept, and are subject to, the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. You further consent to the collection, use, sharing, disclosure and processing of your personal information by us in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by, or permitted under, applicable law. 2. Information Collected:
a) Information you provide to us:
In order for Users to register for a virtual/digital/online classes, course, session and/or workshop, Yoga Vedanta may require Users to provide us with certain information that personally identifies such Users ("Personal Information"). Yoga Vedanta may also collect certain data which are specified as sensitive and/or personal information under the SPDI Rules such as passwords, medical records and history, physical, physiological and mental health condition etc. (hereinafter referred to as “SPDI”). You hereby consent to collection of such information. Personal Information inter alia includes the following categories of information:
i) Contact data required at the time of registration on the Site, including your name, e-mail address, phone/mobile number, gender, location and any other contact details;
ii) Demographic data (optional) such as time zone, postal address and location details;
iii) Basic bank details for payment processing; and
iv) Personal Information and SPDI (where necessary) collected for provision of the Services on the Site, including details about your health, mental wellbeing, disabilities or other health related information such as past medical history.
If a User communicates with Yoga Vedanta by, for example, e-mail or by instant messages, any information provided in such communication may be retained as Personal Information by Yoga Vedanta. We may contact you, by email or other means; for example, we, may send you promotional offers, or communicate with you about your use of the Site or the Services. 4. Third Party Links:
Our Site may contain or facilitate links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the practices employed by the Sites linked to or from our Site or the information or content contained thereafter. When you use a link to go from our Website to another web site, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Users agree and understand that privacy policies of these third-party websites are not under control of Yoga Vedanta. 5. Information sharing & disclosure:
a) Yoga Vedanta will not sell or rent your Personally Identifiable Information and your Sensitive Personal Data or Information to anyone.
b) Other than as specifically provided herein and for the purposes mentioned herein, Yoga Vedanta will divulge Personally Identifiable Information about you to other companies or people or entities when:
i) Yoga Vedanta has your specific consent to share the information, which Yoga Vedanta will request from you, as and when the need arises;
ii) There are any requests from any Indian or foreign government, security agencies, law enforcement agencies, and any other statutory or regulatory agencies under law in force in India;
iii) Yoga Vedanta will respond to any court summons, court orders or legal process; or
iv) Yoga Vedanta believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.
v) Yoga Vedanta may transfer information about you if Yoga Vedanta is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Yoga Vedanta will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
vi) Yoga Vedanta finds that you have violated the Yoga Vedanta Terms of Use applicable to your use of our Site.
We store and retain the Personal Information and SPDI until we receive requests from the Users for deletion of the same.

We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose. The following are some examples of non-personal information that we collect and how we may use it:

b) We will put in place measures to ensure that Your information in our possession or under our control is destroyed and/or anonymized reasonable after:

ii) Retention is no longer necessary under any applicable law. 10. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction:
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Republic of India without regard to conflict of laws and the Courts of Delhi, India shall exclusive jurisdiction in any matter arising from this Privacy Policy.
