The Fat-loss / Hybrid sessions have the dual benefits of yoga and an upbeat exercise regime. These sessions help you with major calorie burn yogic workout, increasing stamina, flexibility, and strengthening your core with a focus on toning specific troublesome spots.

The sessions help to release stress which sometimes is responsible for binge eating and bring heightened awareness towards mindful eating.

We have many options for fat-loss practice. You can choose the one(s) suitable to you. 

1. Fat-loss Intense-75: 18:30 - 19:45 hrs IST* Monday - Friday (75- minute high intensity fat-loss yoga on Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri interspersed with normal intensity classical yoga practice on Wednesday)

2. Fat-loss Hybrid-60: 18:30-19:30 hrs IST* Monday - Friday (60- minute high intensity fat-loss yoga on Tue & Thu with normal intensity classical yoga practice on Mon, Wed, Fri)

3. Fat-loss Hybrid-75:10:30-11:45 hrs IST** Monday - Friday (75- minute high intensity fat-loss yoga on Tue & Thu, and normal intensity classical yoga practice on Mon, Wed, Fri)
